Lead Offshore Inspector - Lifting/Testing/Wires (#643)

The Lead Offshore Inspector is responsible for supervising inspection, testing, and certification activities for lifting equipment and associated accessories to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures. The role combines hands-on technical inspection work with team leadership, quality assurance, and client liaison responsibilities.

You’ll take on a leadership role where your technical expertise is valued, giving you the opportunity to shape high standards of inspection while mentoring and developing others within a skilled and supportive team.

Workshop Manager - Singapore (#616)

Reporting to our APAC Regional Manager, the Workshop manager will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, coordination and management all activities related to Motive Offshore Group Rental Fleet services & operations for our APAC region.

This role will also be responsible for the effective running of the rental equipment and ensuring products are maintained, operated efficiently, ready for client hire within the allocated delivery schedule as per rental planner.

Growing our services and support for clients in APAC region is key for us and our Singapore workshop and our team are key for that. As Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our Singapore workshop and rental fleet operations are built and run. You’ll have real ownership, the chance to influence processes, build a strong team, and set standards that will support offshore projects across the region.

Service Technician - Norway (#636)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the mobilisation/demobilisation and servicing of equipment onshore/offshore locations.

You will be responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation /demobilisation paperwork and for undertaking necessary repairs and servicing of Motive rental fleet equipment. The post holder will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.

Reporting to the HSEQ + People Director, the Group HSEQ Manager is responsible for managing the Global HSEQ Management System as well as implementing and maintaining global HSEQ accreditations. The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining HSEQ policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and best practice. Additionally, the Group HSEQ Manager will play a key role in leading the Company's transition to Net Zero emissions and advancing sustainability initiatives.

The role will require close collaboration with management and operational teams to promote a culture of safety, quality and environmental responsibility, driving continuous improvement in HSEQ performance.

The Group HSEQ Manager will be required to travel to various sites and international locations on occasion.

Equipment Operator LLC (#584)

As an Equipment Operator, your role will involve predominantly offshore work patterns, and be responsible for operating Motive equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, ensuring effective communication is maintained between various stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Client, Third Parties and internal Motive departments.

The range of Equipment packages you would be responsible for, will consist of, Tensioners (4-track & 2-track), Reel Drive Systems, Drum Winches, Spoolers for wire changes and Hydraulic Power Units (Electrical & Diesel).

As part of our US team who are based out of Houston, you will also ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.
