The Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Wire Rope Technical Authority is the senior technical specialist responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and technically correct execution of all wire rope activities undertaken by Motive across the GCC. The role provides technical leadership for all wire rope operations, develops procedures and project documentation, mentors field personnel and acts as the company’s recognised subject matter expert for clients and third-party stakeholders. The Technical Authority will lead complex offshore and onshore projects including wire rope installation, replacement, spooling, socketing, inspection, failure investigations, and lifecycle management while driving continual improvement throughout the business.

The Learning & Development Administrator will provide administrative support for learning and development activities across the organisation. The role responds to learning enquiries, arranges training, maintains accurate training and competency records, updates learning systems, monitors training deadlines and prepares routine reports. The Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Technician is responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) inspections of Motive FZE’s and client equipment, including crane and lifting wire ropes. The technician will also perform crane wire rope inspection, testing, and handling operations, and commission and operate spooling winches and associated equipment, ensuring all operations are performed within established safety and operational standards while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and the Operations Department.

Reporting to the MENA/APAC Region Accountant, the APAC Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations within the APAC region. This includes supporting the sales invoicing process, managing accounts receivable, overseeing credit control, and ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions.

The APAC Accountant will assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end accounts, work closely with auditors, and maintain the local tax reconciliation and VAT returns. Additionally, you will handle various administrative and organizational tasks, including managing cashflow, bank reconciliations, payroll journals, and supplier statement reconciliations

This role will involve working in a very fast-paced environment where quick and critical thinking is required whilst delivering high quality outputs. You will have daily interface with the wider team including Projects, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations and Equipment Management team.

As Lead Equipment Operator, your role will be to commission and operate equipment in a competent and professional manner, while providing day-to-day leadership, supervision and technical guidance to Equipment Operators on site. You will collaborate with project managers and offshore/onshore teams to plan equipment mobilisation and utilisation requirements ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

You will be the lead technical focal point for the project you are on-site for, which will include carrying out equipment inspections, fault-finding, diagnostics, preventative maintenance and first-line repairs to ensure effective equipment reliability and operational readiness. You will be assisting with complex equipment issues, mentoring members of staff, working closely with the client to ensure project efficiency & safety, all while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, safety and operational efficiency.

The role requires accurate completion of maintenance records, technical reports and operational documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with company procedures, manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.

The role involves managing technical sales activities, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s Quality Management System. The Lead Offshore Technician will be responsible for commission and operation of equipment in a competent and professional manner, as well as being responsible for performing testing/maintenance/inspection scopes while always communicating effectively with the client and Operations Department. Sometimes these tasks will be handled alone, and sometimes the lead technician will be responsible for coordinating teams of technicians.

The Lead Offshore Technician will ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines. Responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation /demobilisation paperwork also
