Lead Offshore Technician - Norway (#661)

The Lead Offshore Technician will be responsible for commission and operation of equipment in a competent and professional manner, as well as being responsible for performing testing/maintenance/inspection scopes while always communicating effectively with the client and Operations Department. Sometimes these tasks will be handled alone, and sometimes the lead technician will be responsible for coordinating teams of technicians.

The Lead Offshore Technician will ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines. Responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation /demobilisation paperwork also

Certification & Inspection Technician - Singapore (#645)

Reporting to our Certification & Inspection Manager, the Certification & Inspection Technician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) inspections of Motive APAC and client equipment.

The C&I Technician will also commission and operate spooling winches and associated equipment, ensuring all operations are performed within established safety and operational standards while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and the Operations Department.

Growing our services and support for clients in APAC region is key for us and our Singapore workshop and our team are key for that. As a C&I Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a range of equipment, develop your inspection and testing skills, and play a part in delivering reliable service to clients.

As Lead Equipment Operator, your role will be to commission and operate equipment in a competent and professional manner, collaborate with project managers and offshore/onshore teams to plan equipment mobilisation and utilisation requirements.

Acting as the primary on-site/offshore point of contact for clients regarding equipment operations, the Lead Equipment Operator will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of operators and technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to procedures. You will ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.

Inspection Technician (#633)

As an Inspection Technician, your role will involve both onshore and offshore work patterns and you would be responsible for performing and supporting on-site inspection services, load testing of Client assets and product change-outs, that may include the commissioning and operating of equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, ensuring effective communication is maintained between various stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Client, Third Parties and internal Motive departments.
