This role will involve both onshore and offshore work and is responsible for the on-site inspection services that commission and operate equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, while working side-by-side with the client & Motive Offshore Group departments.

Due to continued growth in the Rentals Division, we have a requirement for an Equipment Operator, to come and join us, based both onshore & offshore across the globe.

The Equipment Operator will commission and operate equipment in a competent and professional manner, communicating effectively with the client and Operations Department at all times.

They will also ensure products are operated efficiently, within the allocated scope of works and equipment operational limits. They will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.

Due to continued growth within our Engineering Division, we are looking for Fabricator Welders to come and join the team based onsite in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire.

Reporting to the Fabrication Chargehand, the Fabricator Welder will play a key role in the smooth running of production; working efficiently and competently to ensure that tasks are completed as per the company Work in Progress (WIP) List. The post holder will ensure products are manufactured efficiently and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

Potential candidates will be invited onsite to perform a weld test and should be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret an engineering drawing at the interview stage.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales Team, based in Stavanger, Norway.

We are absolutely determined to grow Motive in Norway and the wider regions and the Sales Engineer will carry out sales activities on assigned clients, to generate and qualify sales leads to meet company goals and help us achieve that growth. They will play a very important role in ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved every time. This person must be willing to travel within Norway, with potential overseas travel.

Due to an internal promotion within our Rentals Division, we have a requirement for a Forklift Operator/Labourer to come and join us, based in our headquarters in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire.

The Forklift Operator/Labourer will undertake painting, general housekeeping and assisting rental team in day-to-day tasks whilst ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

We are currently hiring for a Workshop Technician for our Certification & Inspection team, based at our workshop in Kintore.

The Workshop Technician will provide operational support to Motive Certification and Inspection to ensure smooth transition and running of active jobs and verify that all tasks are completed as per the Work in Progress list. The Workshop Technician will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.

The hiring of a QC Inspector, a brand new role, allows us to continue producing the highest quality equipment, improve our offering to our clients and ensure safety across everything that we do.

Reporting to the HSEQ Advisor, the QC Inspector will work closely with Line Managers, Chargehands, operational staff and external providers to ensure quality, aiming to minimise costs of reworking or waste and maximise customer satisfaction for all Boyndie Drome site service offerings.
