Workshop Technician - Norway (#615)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the mobilisation and servicing of equipment at our Motive AS Workshop.

You will be responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation and demobilisation paperwork and for undertaking necessary repairs and servicing of Motive rental fleet equipment. The post holder will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.

Operations Manager - Manufacturing (#603)

Reporting to the Manufacturing Division Manager, the Operations Manager - Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the Fabrication, Assembly, Fitting, Machine Shop and Maintenance departments.

This role ensures the timely delivery of manufacturing projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity and budget control. The Operations Manager - Manufacturing will manage a team of Chargehands and work closely with the Manufacturing Planner, Project Team and supply chain to coordinate activities, allocate resources, monitor budget and ensure that maintenance is undertaken as needed to meet production requirements.

Certification & Inspection Technician - PAUT (#620)

The Certification and Inspection Technician is responsible for planning, executing, and conducting Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

The Certification and Inspection Technician is responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) inspections of Motive FZE’s and client equipment.
