The Operations Manager is accountable for service delivery at C-Kore. This involves leading the Administration and Support Team and working closely with Sales, Production, Accounts and Technical departments to ensure all customer requirements are tracked and fulfilled, while maintaining C-Kore’s reputation for excellent service, quality, flexibility, and as a friendly partner in solving our customers’ challenges. The role demands excellent people skills, building strong working relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners alike.
Operational delivery begins with a handover from the Sales Team and concludes once rental units have been returned and fully invoiced by the Accounts Team. The Operations Manager ensures processes are followed rigorously throughout, with jobs proactively tracked to reflect ongoing hires, service provision and associated costs in a dynamic environment.
As an Inspection Technician, your role will involve both onshore and offshore work patterns and you would be responsible for performing and supporting on-site inspection services, load testing of Client assets and product change-outs, that may include the commissioning and operating of equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, ensuring effective communication is maintained between various stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Client, Third Parties and internal Motive departments.

The Learning & Development Administrator will provide administrative support for learning and development activities across the organisation. The role responds to learning enquiries, arranges training, maintains accurate training and competency records, updates learning systems, monitors training deadlines and prepares routine reports. The role also supports induction activities and helps ensure learning records and processes are accurate, organised and audit ready.

The role of Accountant will provide Accounting support to the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) division, working alongside the Europe Controller in maintaining accurate financial records across the Group's European trading entities. The role is responsible for general ledger integrity, month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations, working closely with the wider finance team to ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Reporting to the MENA/APAC Region Accountant, the APAC Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations within the APAC region. This includes supporting the sales invoicing process, managing accounts receivable, overseeing credit control, and ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions.
The APAC Accountant will assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end accounts, work closely with auditors, and maintain the local tax reconciliation and VAT returns. Additionally, you will handle various administrative and organizational tasks, including managing cashflow, bank reconciliations, payroll journals, and supplier statement reconciliations
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be required to undertake design engineering duties associated with the design, construction, certification and safe commissioning and operation of Motive’s equipment and procedures, both on- and offshore.
The Design Engineer will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, while also knowing when to seek guidance and support. This role will involve working in a very fast-paced environment where quick and critical thinking is required whilst delivering high quality outputs. You will have daily interface with the wider team including Projects, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations and Equipment Management team.
As Lead Equipment Operator, your role will be to commission and operate equipment in a competent and professional manner, while providing day-to-day leadership, supervision and technical guidance to Equipment Operators on site. You will collaborate with project managers and offshore/onshore teams to plan equipment mobilisation and utilisation requirements ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
You will be the lead technical focal point for the project you are on-site for, which will include carrying out equipment inspections, fault-finding, diagnostics, preventative maintenance and first-line repairs to ensure effective equipment reliability and operational readiness. You will be assisting with complex equipment issues, mentoring members of staff, working closely with the client to ensure project efficiency & safety, all while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, safety and operational efficiency.
The role requires accurate completion of maintenance records, technical reports and operational documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with company procedures, manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
The work our Offshore team do is where everything we do, comes together. From the Manufacturing to Sales, Logistics to Finance, it all comes to fruition when you and your team are operating the equipment based on the project requirements. You’ll be the one responsible for the safe & efficient use of our equipment, and as Lead Operator, both your team, clients and subcontractors will look to you for support, guidance and expertise.
Reporting to our APAC Regional Manager, the Technical Sales Manager for APAC plays a critical role in achieving the Motive Offshore Group’s business objectives within the APAC Region. The role involves managing technical sales activities, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s Quality Management System. The role is integral to promoting Motive's People Values and embedding sustainable practices throughout all activities.

The Hydraulic Technician will inspect, repair, assemble and test hydraulic equipment as required in accordance with company procedures. They will undertake a variety of tasks that involve the manufacture and maintenance of hydraulic systems. The post holder will ensure products are manufactured efficiently, within the allocated delivery schedule as per operational planner and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
