The Operations Manager is responsible for carrying out effective planning of projects, and ensuring staff are trained to a level where they can execute projects within a timely matter and cost effective manner which causes no detriment to the business.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the review of projects, and to offer improvements on how the business operates. This will involve liaising with existing clients, to continue to develop relationships to encourage repeat business.

This role will involve both onshore and offshore work patterns and the individual is responsible for performing and supporting on-site inspection services, load testing of Client assets and product change-outs, that may include the commissioning and operating of equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, ensuring effective communication is maintained between various stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Client, Third Parties and internal “Motive” departments.

We have an exciting opportunity as part of our APAC team, to join us as Workshop Trainee.
This position will assist in tasks such as collection and receipt of goods, operate a forklift for material handling, support painting and finishing tasks, and contribute to general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

As a Lead Offshore Inspector, you will be responsible for the completion of our inspection services including but not limited to Lifting Gear Surveys, Load Testing, Wire Rope Inspection and NDT Inspection and has the required experience and technical knowledge to complete and supervise a range of Inspection Services within the timelines set. These Inspection Services may be completed either individually or by leading a team of other Inspectors whilst commissioning and operating equipment for on-site inspection services that commission and operate equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner, while working side-by-side with the client & Motive Offshore Group departments.

As a Trainee Offshore Inspector, you will provide operational support to Motive Spooling and Inspection to ensure smooth transition and running of active jobs and verify that all tasks are completed as per the Work in Progress list. The Trainee Offshore Inspector will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant HSEQ guidelines.

As a part of our Certification & Inspection team, you’ll become part of a small, hardworking, and skilled team who are used to working collaboratively and to high standards. you'll be supported by our Technical Authority and Operations teams in Kintore, who care deeply about what they do & the impact they have on the services we provide.
