Workshop Technician - Norway (#484)

Reporting to the Operations Manager for Motive AS, you will be responsible for the mobilisation and servicing of equipment at our Motive AS workshop. You will be responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation and demobilisation paperwork and for undertaking necessary repairs and servicing of Motive rental fleet equipment.

The post holder will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.

Sales Administrator (#489)

The Sales Administrator will contribute, support and administer sales enquiries, ensuring that quotes are prepared, reviewed and issued in accordance with Client requests and internal processes. They will also ensure that internal sales system, “Salesforce”, is updated and accurate for management reference.

This role will also be responsible for sales telephone calls, emails and other correspondence in a professional manner thereby contributing to the efficient and effective coordination and processing of Sales Enquiries and Order Confirmations. The Sales Administrator role will also be asked to support general administration tasks for the region.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the (de)mobilisation, preparation, servicing and maintenance of equipment being deployed onshore and offshore to Client projects.

Design Engineer (#501)

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be required to undertake design engineering duties associated with the design, construction, certification and safe commissioning and operation of Motive’s equipment and procedures, both on- and offshore.

The Design Engineer will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, while also knowing when to seek guidance and support. This role will involve working in a very fast-paced environment where quick and critical thinking is required whilst delivering high quality outputs. The Certification and Inspection Technician is responsible for conducting comprehensive visual, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) inspections of Motive FZE’s and client equipment.
