Due to continued growth in our FZE Division, we have a requirement for a C&I Technician to join our project team in Sharjah, UAE. An integral member of the team, the C&I Technician role is both onshore and offshore work.

The C&I Technician will be involved onsite inspection services that commission and operate equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner while working side-by-side with the client and various Motive Offshore Group departments.

Due to continued growth within our Engineering Division, we are looking for Fabricator Welders to come and join the team based onsite in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire.

Reporting to the Fabrication Chargehand, the Fabricator Welder will play a key role in the smooth running of production; working efficiently and competently to ensure that tasks are completed as per the company Work in Progress (WIP) List. The post holder will ensure products are manufactured efficiently and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

Potential candidates will be invited onsite to perform a weld test and should be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret an engineering drawing at the interview stage.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the mobilisation/demobilisation and servicing of equipment onshore/offshore locations.

You will be responsible for the completion of and processing of mobilisation /demobilisation paperwork and for undertaking necessary repairs and servicing of Motive rental fleet equipment. The post holder will ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health, Safety and Quality guidelines.

Due to continued growth in our APAC Division, we have a requirement for a Project Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. As an integral member of the team, the Project Engineer will be responsible for directing, organizing and controlling both internal projects and external, client focused, project activities.

Reporting to the Operations Team Lead, the Project Engineer will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and managing engineering activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Due to an internal promotion within our Rentals Division, we have a requirement for a Forklift Operator/Labourer to come and join us, based in our headquarters in Boyndie, Aberdeenshire.

The Forklift Operator/Labourer will undertake painting, general housekeeping and assisting rental team in day-to-day tasks whilst ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

This role will oversee a team of Fitters and, under the supervision of the Hydraulic & Assembly Manager, will be ensure the effective running of the Fitting Workshop along with assembling projects to their final stage.

You will ensure products are manufactured efficiently, within the allocated delivery schedule as per operational planner and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

Our APAC team in Taiwan are hiring for an Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily workings of operations in the APAC region, working to analyse and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will manage and implement initiatives and schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and always maintains a high-quality standard of product and delivery.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our Certification & Inspection team in Kintore, on a 1-year fixed term Maternity Cover contract.

This position is key in providing operational and administrative support to Motive Certification and Inspection to ensure a smooth transition and running of active jobs.
